Students are expected to show up at the time they selected for themselves.  Most organizations may have you pre-register and pre- pay in advance with a non-refundable registration fee if you don't show up. If the student<U> doesn't show up, don't call or cancel at least 24 hours in advance</U>, you will not be able to request an new time unless for yourself unless you pay a $2<B>0.00 No Show / No call - Rescheduling fee</B> re-schedule a new date and time for yourself. There will be a<B><U> $10.00 rescheduling fee</U></B> to reschedule, and student will be put into a class that is already scheduled.
