Students are expected to show up on the date and time they selected for themselves and are scheduled to attend. HEARTSAVER plans classes, meeting and appointments around the time selected. Normally 4 or 5 hours are slotted for CPR or First Aid training and would not just an inconvenience but a waste of those hours. If the student doesn't show up or don't cancel at least 24 hours in advance, a $20 Rescheduling Fee would be required to re-schedule. Most organizations may have you pre-register and pre-pay in advance with a non-refundable registration fee if you don't show up and student would have to pay for the entire class again.
